Content Strategy

Do you want to kick off a content effort, but have no idea where to start? Or do you have one, but know it's lacking and want to take it to the next level? HageyMedia specializes in helping startups and small businesses activate their brands with smart, effective content strategies.

Price: $2,400

Competitive Analysis: What makes you stand out from the competition? Don't guess. We'll analyze your chief competition, pinpoint your relative strengths and weaknesses and craft messaging that leans into your strengths and authentically separates you from the pack.

Style guide: Without a consistent style (agreed upon grammar, word usage, etc.), the copy on your website, blog, newsletter, etc. will appear scattered, look unprofessional and detract from your message. We'll create a style guide that you'll use for all your content, so you don't have to guess about capitalizing "founder" or hyphenating "hyperlocal."

Messaging: We help determine messaging by conducting in-depth interviews with users, account managers and principals.

Determine content business goals: Content without goals is a ship lost at sea. We'll set clear, measurable goals, tailor content to meet them and then design a way to measure progress toward them.

Brand Analysis: Before you communicate with the world effectively, you have to know who you are, where you're coming from and why you do what you do. Through a series of in-depth interviews and separate analysis, we'll develop a brand document that includes immediate, near and long-term business goals, a positioning statement, a brand statement and a tone deck. This document will be your guiding star for building content. Authenticity is the name of the game here.

Audience Analysis: You have to know who you're talking to to communicate effectively. We'll produce an audience messaging document that segments your audience into components, each with their own pain points, messaging and sales funnel.

HageyMedia helped us hone our message, which gave our startup traction and helped catapult us to Y Combinator and $3.1 million in funding.
